Mountain climbing accidents can prove most difficult to mount rescue operations for. This is where Bighorn Man comes in. Capable of scaling cliff sides and near vertical slopes with ease, he can reach other-wise tricky locations where the stranded and/or injured may be otherwise unreachable by conventional means. His shock-absorbing body allow him to cover such terrain, while carrying a victim, without putting the strain from force-of-impact on that victim.

His horns allow him to fracture all kinds of rock, and most kinds of metal, causing the object to split into smaller pieces. Combined with his shock-absorption ability, allow him to safely destroy obstacles, such as boulders and large debris, without disturbing the surroundings. Without the use the application of his shock-absorption, the broken pieces would violently fly in different direction.

When Megaman has the Bighorn Fracture, he can strike an object or enemy adjacent to him, which will use a high ammo of ammo. Upon connection, blocks will break, and send debris in multiple direction, depending on how it was it. If an enemy is struck, it will cause damage in spite of shielding, and will either destory the enemy, or cause heavy damage, as well as causing them to be knocked backwards.
