Equipped with a mobile plant-incubation system, Thistle Woman is designed to transport seeds to favorable areas for growth, and then disperse them in those areas.

 Utilizing the wind to her advantage, she can release her light-weight seed-protection pods, which will descend safely onto the ground, burrow itself in the ground, and protect the seed until it grows to a certain size. However, such pods can be weaponized by filling them with volatile, combustible materials, instead of seeds and enriched soil.

When Megaman has the Thistle Cluster,  he will lob a large thistle head in the air. It will explode (either against an object, enemy, or in mid-air), releasing many pod bombs. Their falling trajectory depends of if the orb his anything, and the angle at which it hits.
